Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Butter Room Temperature
  • 5 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
  • Yellow Food Coloring Gel

Method
 

  1. Beat butter for 2 minutes, add 3 cups of powdered sugar one cup at a time until smooth.
  2. Mix until fluffy 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add lemon juice and mix for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add in rest of powdered sugar 1 cup at a time mix until fluffy. 3-5 minutes.
  5. While mixing add a few drops of colour until you like the colour of yellow.
