Turn instant pot on sauté on high. Add oil and let heat
Add onion cook 3-5 mins
Next, add jalapeño cook 2-3 minutes
Garlic cook 1-2 minutes
Now, add ground beef cook till no longer pink about 5-8 minutes
Add tomatoes, chicken stock, chili powder, Cayenne pepper and salt.
Stir to combine ingredients well.
Turn off sauté mode put lid on instant pot. Pressure cook on high for 30 minutes with a quick release.
Turn on sauté mode let simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
Serve with some shredded cheese on top.
