Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Butter Melted
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Water Boiling

Method
 

  1. Whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Whisk in milk, butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Stir in water until smooth.
  4. Divide into 2, 9 inch pans, or 3, 6 inch pans.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to rack.
