Method
Crust
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs with sugar.
- Melt butter and add, mix well.
- Press into the bottom of a spring pan with parchment paper
Filling
- Combine cream cheese with sugar, beat on medium speed until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time. Mix well after each egg. Once all added beat for 2 minutes.
- Blend in vanilla then add it into pan on top of crust.
- Bake at 325F for 45-50 minutes.
- Completely cool in pan before transferring to a plate. Serve after cooled, Store in fridge.
