Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 C. Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter Melted
Filling
  • 3 Packages Cream Cheese 750G
  • 3/4 C. Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla

Method
 

Crust
  1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs with sugar.
  2. Melt butter and add, mix well.
  3. Press into the bottom of a spring pan with parchment paper
Filling
  1. Combine cream cheese with sugar, beat on medium speed until smooth.
  2. Add eggs one at a time. Mix well after each egg. Once all added beat for 2 minutes.
  3. Blend in vanilla then add it into pan on top of crust.
  4. Bake at 325F for 45-50 minutes.
  5. Completely cool in pan before transferring to a plate. Serve after cooled, Store in fridge.
