Method
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and graham cracker crumbs. Set aside.
- Cream together butter and sugar.
- Add egg, vanilla, banana, and sour cream, mix well.
- Add flour and mix by alternating between both. Do not over mix.
- Mix in chocolate chips and marshmallows, leave some for topping.
- Pour into a greased muffin tin, fill 3/4 full.
- Top with chocolate and marshmallows Bake at 400 for 10 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Completely cool in pan before removing.
