Method
- Starting in a mixing bowl beat butter with the paddle attachment. Beat butter for 3-5 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Add in vanilla and beat for 1 minute.
- Next add in powdered sugar one cup at a time mixing well after adding each cup. Mix for 1-2 minutes once all powdered sugar is added.
- Now thin out the buttercream with whipping cream, add in 2-3 tablespoons until you have the right constancy.
