  • 4 Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Butter Melted
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar

  • Pinch Salt

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas Add butter, vanilla, and eggs. Mix well.
  2. Next, add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well, ensure everything is mixed well.
  3. Pour into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour, or until toothpick comes out clean.
