Pork and Rice Recipe

Ingredients 

1 pound boneless pork chop cut bite sized
1/2 medium onion diced
2 cloves garlic minced
1 medium carrot cut bite sized
3/4 cup parboiled rice
4 cups chicken stock
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning 

Method
Turn instant pot on sauté mode hot
Cover bottom of pot with oil and let get hot
Add pork cook 2 to 3 minutes stirring occasionally 
Next add onion cook and cook 3 to 5 mins stirring occasionally 
Add garlic cook 1 to 2 mins stirring occasionally 
Now add carrots, rice, salt,  white pepper and Italian seasoning . Stir everything together
Finally add chicken broth and stir
Turn off sauté mode and put lid on instant pot 
Pressure cook on high for 6 minutes with a 10 minute natural release 
Release the rest of the pressure remove lid stir and serve

How To Make Pork and Rice Soup Pictures

Add oil to bottom of instant pot and let heat up

Once heated add in 1 pound of pork cubes.

Cook pork for 2-3 minutes.

add in 1/2 of a medium onion

Cook onion for 3-5 minutes

Add in 2 cloves of minced garlic

Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add in 1 medium carrot cut into bit sized bits.

add in 3/4 cup of parboiled rice.

Add in 1 teaspoon of salt.

1/2 teaspoon of white pepper.

1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning

Mix until well combined

Add in 4 cups of chicken stock

Mix until well combined.

Pressure cook on high for 6 minutes.

Let it do a natural release of 10 minutes before releasing the rest of the pressure.
