Ingredients:
4 C. Powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. Meringue powder
1/4 C. Water
Food gel
Method:
Sift powered sugar and meringue powder together into a bowl of a stand mixer
Add water and mix for 5 minutes on medium speed.
Once mixed add colorings and put into piping bag
Pipe straight lines on parchment paper as close together as you can without touching.
